TABLA - 2019
proposition for
the Andreu World Competition 2019
Inspired by the traditional Indian drum, TABLA reimagines sustainable furniture using Kvadrat's innovative upcycled cotton textile board. CNC-precision cutting creates decagonal grooves that provide both flexibility and structural strength, making it ideal for intimate domestic spaces or larger commercial venues like cafes and restaurants.
